borough council are a band made up of brothers Haydn and Joe and producer Tom Healey. Formed in Hastings, they self produced first single ‘Prescribed’ with third brother George, and they’re releasing another one, Casino - recorded with Dan Carey - as part of the Speedy Wunderground singles series on Jan 23rd (digital) and Jan 26 (physical). There’s a dub version - Dubino - on the b-side.
