Born and raised in Brighton’s greenbelt, Jorj Sabio fashioned a path into music after moving to London and connecting with a community of like-minded creatives with whom he began collaborating with and developing his sound. ​ Drawing inspiration from artists as varied as D'Angelo, Lady Gaga, Lianne La Havas, and Jeff Buckley, Jorj crafted his own unique sound merging Alternative R&B and Pop music with Folk music's storytelling sensibilities as evidenced in his debut album, ODJI SPRINGS, which was released in August 2024.
