UNPLUGGED SATURDAY

I am a singer and choir leader working in Kent and London. I developed the idea for my show 'It'll End in Tears' with composer, arranger and pianist, Andrew Sleightholme. The show is a homage to the sad song. Featuring piano, voice, original arrangements for violin, viola and cello, and poetry read by actor Richard Hansell. With music by Joni mitchell, Bert Baccarach, Robert Burns, Kate and Anna McGarrigle, as well as original compositions, we explore the enduring appeal of sad songs.
