The story about these new songs begins where the previous album 'Cold Smoke' left off, led by the desire to string songs together like the sequences in Jonas Mekas's Walden. An album recorded between Paris and Rouen, mixed in London, with the help of many loving friends and a faithful drum machine and, in the distance, the echoes of Lee Perry and Alan Vega which remind us how pleasant it is to transform gold into lead.
